DMCA / Copyright Policy

12clip.com does not host, upload, or store any video files on its own servers or hosting. All media is hosted by third-party services. We only provide links to, or embeds of, content that is already available on the internet. Therefore, in most cases a takedown request should be sent directly to the company that actually hosts the file.

That said, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and you believe a link or embed on this site points to material that infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us (see Contact Us) that includes:

  1. Your full name and contact details (email, address, phone).
  2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on this website where the link or embed appears, so we can locate it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we will do

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable the identified link or embed from 12clip.com within a reasonable period of time. Please note that removing a link here does not delete the file itself, which remains under the control of the third-party host.

Please do not send incomplete or fraudulent notices — misrepresentation may make you liable for damages under applicable law.
